WaterJet
Cuts without heat - unlike cutting with flame, plasma, laser or stamping which produces heat affected zones and fatigue zones - there is no thermal distortion or degradation of materials. Physical and chemical characteristics of materials cut are unaffected and provides superb edges, even on laminates and composites, without de-lamination. Usually no additional machining or secondary finishing is required.

Laser Cutting
Offers quick lead-times, no tooling is required - eliminating the need to purchase and maintain expensive dies and cutting tools. The small kerf (.015) gives minimal thermal distortion and minimal heat affected zone and is cost effective by utilizing the maximum amount of material. Laser cutting also provides superior surface and edge quality usually eliminating costly secondary operations.
